Great advice. I will try the things from the article and if not I will go for a liposuction procedure in Toronto by Dr. Jerome Edelstein... a doctor who knows his job and I know that he will do a great job... but I must wait and see. :)

Having a healthy food and drink list sounds good for many people. But I think until people truly understand why they get weight, reducing weight is still a difficult task.
